Services FAQ

How much do your services cost?

We know nonprofits and small business want to invest responsibly, so our small team and reasonable prices reflect that. We can also work with you to make recommendations for nonprofit and small business grants that may help.

How long does it take to build an intranet from scratch?

Depending on the size of your organization, how easily you’d like your intranet to scale, and how much you want to involve your own volunteers or employees in the process, setting up a new Microsoft 365 intranet from scratch can take anywhere from just a few weeks to an entire year. We’ll work with you to define a timeline that works for your organization.

How much learning is involved?

A tool can only be as effective as the person using it, and we know training is a key part of user adoption. Additional Pylons offers customized and generalized training for each team during the rollout process as a part of our services package.

You can always opt out of our training sessions, but you might miss out on some tricks that help you work less!

Our consultants are passionate about the work nonprofits and social impact focused businesses do; it’s why we love what we do!
